Paul Richard Nixon

Paul Richard Nixon of West Roxbury passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2017 at the age of 83.  Paul was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a longtime loyal employee of American Airlines.

Paul was the dear and devoted husband of Maryellen (McCorry).  Beloved father of Linda Menyo and her husband David of West Roxbury, Stephen Nixon and his companion Annette Kara George of Uxbridge, and Robert Nixon of West Roxbury.  Dear grandfather of Jennifer Canavan, Ashley Badertscher, David Menyo, Megan Colby, and Bridget Colby.  Great grandfather of Dustin and Leo Badertscher.  Brother of Leroy Nixon, Marvin Nixon, Mary Styrk, Gloria Cunningham, Pete Nixon, and the late Thomas Nixon, Elizabeth Chappell, Sharma Urserry, and Len Nixon.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Paul's visiting hours will be held Tuesday January 10, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home.  Relatives and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home Wednesday January 11th at 9:00 a.m.  in preparation for Paul's Funeral Mass, which will be celebrated at St.Theresa of Avila Church Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.  Paul will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
