Daniel Makhlouf Yahoub

Daniel Makhlouf Yahoub of Chatham, formerly of West Roxbury, passed away June 23, 2017 following a courageous four-year battle with cancer.  He was 54 years old.

Danny grew up in West Roxbury  His love for the Cape and the peaceful aura made him relocate there 21 years ago. Danny was well known around the Cape community and has worked at several establishments such as The Duck Inn Pub, The Thristy Tuna, The Admirals Room, The Melody Tent, and Giodini's.  He loved the beach, fishing, and absolutely had the best tan in the family.  He would capture the most amazing pictures of Cape landscape and animals and would have a detailed story behind each one.  Danny would walk the beach for miles a day.

Danny was a loving and caring to both his parents whom he loved dearly. He had a special bond with each of his siblings that they will cherish forever.  Danny loved to spend time with his nieces and nephews, he took them on adventures that aged their parents by 10 years.  His great niece and nephews meant the world to him. Unfortunately he was not able to terrorize their parents.

Although Danny was quite the ladies man, the love of his life was Ming Ming (his cat). Danny built life-long friendships, he was very loyal and caring to everyone in his life.  Danny had the greatest sense of humor and always left you laughing and feeling loved.

Danny was the beloved son of the late Ernest and Victoria Yahoub.  Dear brother of Nancy Wildes of West Roxbury, Linda Dearborn and her husband Buddy of Dedham,  Thomas Yahoub and his wife Debbie of Braintree, Margaret Alley and her husband Bill of Reading, Carol Yahoub of Arizona, Ernest Yahoub and his wife Patty of Westborough, and James Makhlouf of Florida.  Also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins both here and in Lebanon.

Danny's Funeral Service will be held Tuesday June 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY.  Visiting hours Monday 4-8 p.m.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.  Interment will be held at a later date.
