Dear Bob,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your beloved mother. I had a privilege of being her physician for 8 years when I worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. During these years we became friends. I always admired your mother's sense of humor, dedication to her husband and stoicism. She was always in a good spirit, even when she did not feel well. We talked about a lot of things during her appointments- not only about medical problems, but also life, family, books. I will always remember your mother's smile. May she rest in peace.

Mom was my second Mother. I loved her as if she were my own. She treated me like a true Daughter with love, advice and sometimes a scolding always telling me to "be nice and be happy." I have an emptiness in my heart for my Precious Mamma which cannot be filled. Mom, I love you so much. You will be forever in my heart. Thank you for making me part of your wonderful family. I treasure all the time we had together. You are the strongest, smartest, and most loving person I have ever known and I'm proud and honored to be a part of your extended family.
