Joseph D. Ramaci, Jr., of West Roxbury, passed away on November 30, 2019. He was 62 years old.
Born and raised in Roslindale, Joseph was a 1975 graduate of Boston Latin School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, and then went on to earn his Associates Degree in Accounting from Bentley University. He worked for many years as a postal clerk and mail processor for the US Postal Service, in Boston as well as Waltham.
Joseph was a quiet man with a big heart. He said very little and loved very much. He enjoyed reading Stephen King and collecting stamps. Joseph was a JFK enthusiast, taking interest in every detail of his life, presidency and death. Above all else, he was a selfless and genuine man who loved spending time with his family.
Joseph was the dear and devoted father of Katelyn Ramaci of Middleborough and Sean Ramaci of Easton. Loving son of Joseph Sr. and Theresa (LaRosa) of West Roxbury. Dear brother of Connie Daly of Canton and Lisa Joseph of Stoughton. Former husband of Kathleen (Malloy) of Stoughton. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Joseph’s Funeral will be from the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home, 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY Wednesday at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Theresa of Avila Church at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday 4-7 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Interment will conclude services at St. Michael Cemetery in Roslindale.
