I never got a chance to meet Stephen. I know that if I had, I would have told him how proud he should be of Sean and his beautiful wife Shaina. Not to mention how proud he would be of his grandsons Tyler and Ryan. Although we never got to meet or exchange warm welcomes, he is at peace. He is always with you Sean. He lives in the hearts of you and your children. He was a good man and may he forever be in your mind, heart and soul. With our deepest condolences. Our love and blessings go out to you and yours for strength and courage. RIP Stephen Kalil . Love you!!

Love you so much. Thank you for your comforting words. I'm not sure I've ever met a family that loves their own as hard as the Kalils do. Not only do they love their own but they instantly extend that love to those that their family love. I felt the love so strong the moment I met each of them. I was Sean's so in turn, I was theirs and its beautiful. Unfortunately I never got to meet Sean's grandmother but from what I gather, she was the same way. I can only imagine the amazing love they grew up with having my best buddy Mitch "Giddo" and his beautiful wife showing them the importance of love and family.
Each and every time I was present when Sean spoke with his dad whether it was in person or over the phone, he never failed to tell Sean how proud he was of the life Sean made, how proud he was of all of his accomplishments and how much he loved all of us. He also made sure to mention that even in times when he couldnt be with us, knowing we were all together at Aunty's house and spending time as a family made him more happy than anything. He never mentioned sadness or dissappointment he wasn't with us, just pure happiness knowing all of the people he loved the most were together in one place.
Every card we have from him mentions the pride that he has of his one and only child and Sean will certainly cherish his words forever. Sean's family isn't a large one but the amount of love they exude is HUGE and I'm honored to be a part of it.
Xoxo
