Alice M. Sabbag

Alice M. (Shagoury) Sabbag, of Burlington, formerly of Waltham, passed away on October 15, 2014. She was 84 years old. Alice was the dear and devoted wife of Easa “Ed” Sabbag. Loving mother of Lewis Sabbag and his wife Claudette of Reading, Lynne Sabbag of Burlington and her late husband James F. O’Brien Jr. Dear grandmother “Tata” of Nicholas Sabbag, Marielle Sabbag, and Kathryne O’Brien. Loving sister of Charles Shagoury and his wife Judy of Winchester, John Shagoury and his wife Diane of Plymouth. Dear sister-in-law of Lorraine Aswad and her husband Herbert of Newton, Raymond Sabbag and his wife Mary Lou of Newton, and the late Marie Sabbag. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. Alice was the Past President of the Church of St. John of Damascus School Guild, and Sunday School teacher for 20 years. Alice's Funeral Service was held October 20, 2014 in the Church of St. John of Damascus 300 West St. (Rte 135 at Rte 95/128 Exit 17) DEDHAM.
