Amira Chabo

Amira Chabo of Belmont passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2025 at the age of 77.

Amira was the dear and devoted wife of Dr. George Faiek Mikhail.  Beloved mother of Majed Mikayel and his wife Silva Yacoub of Sweden, Nahed Mikhail and her husband Kamel Kerio of Belmont, and Fayek Mikhail of Sweden.  Loving grandmother "Teta" of George, Christian, Alissar, Rosetta and Mishleen.  Dear sister of Sabah Asmar of Sweden, Nuzha Asmar of Sweden, and the late Rosa Asmar and Yacoub Asmar.

Amira's Funeral Service will be held Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew's Syriac Orthodox Church 149 Park St. West Roxbury.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Amira's memory to St. Matthew's Syriac Orthodox Church.  Please see link below under DONATIONS.  Amira will be laid to rest at Highland Meadow Cemetery in Belmont.
