Barbara (Boisvert) Cummings

Barbara (Boisvert) Cummings, of Winthrop passed away August 11, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was 81 years old.

Barbara was the dear and devoted wife of 59 years of Arthur T. "Arky" Cummings. Loving mother of Kevin Cummings and Susan of Winthrop, Scott Cummings and Alison of Bedford, NH, Douglas Cummings and Colleen of Longmeadow, Donna Cummings and Brenda of Revere, and Leslee Kfoury and Louis of Winthrop. Beloved "Mimi" of Amy, Michelle, Kyle, Kara, David, Ali, Sarah, Isabel, Jillian, Julia and Ryan. Dear sister of Elizabeth "Bonnie" Ripley of Bedford, NH and the late Mary Boisvert. She is also survived by her large and loving extended family.

Barbara's Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, Winthrop. Visiting hours will be held Friday 4-8 p.m. at the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
