Benjamin H. Gero

Benjamin H. Gero, of Avon, formerly of Readville, passed away on January 20, 2022. He was 82 years old.

Benjamin was the dear and devoted husband of the late Ann Marie (Wortmann). Loving father of Joseph P. Gero and his partner Amy McCabe of Taunton and Christopher J. Gero and his spouse Corey Davis of Bar Harbor, ME. Loving grandfather “Grandpa” of Josephine and Roy Paul Lavigne of Stoughton and Jennifer Gero of Brockton. Dear brother of Richard Diaz of FL and the late Rheta M. Zachary.

Benjamin's Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa of Avila Church, West Roxbury. Visiting hour Friday 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. (corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.

Benjamin was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.

Interment will conclude services at The Gardens Cemetery in West Roxbury.
