Carole May (Wood) Poole

Carole May Poole passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 8, 2016. She was 82 years old.
Carole worked at the Recuperative Center as a Nurse's Aide for years, which is where she met her husband. She displayed the love of her family and friends through preparing wonderful meals, homemade gifts, story-telling, quilting, making trifle and her boisterous laugh. Being a Girl Scout leader, volunteering at the Food Pantry, going to Poland Springs and spending time with family brought Carole the most joy in her life.
She was the loving wife of Ronald Poole Sr., mother of Penny Everson, and stepmother of Ronald Poole Jr. She cherished her grandchildren - Christopher, Steven, Gregory, and Jaclyn Everson. She is survived by great-grandchildren, many siblings, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Visiting hours Wednesday 5-7 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home. Funeral Service Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church 1195 Centre St. West Roxbury.
