Deborah M. (Ameer) Leotsakos

Deborah M. Leotsakos of Norwood passed away on April 29, 2023.  She was 63 years old.

Debbie was the dear and devoted wife of Theodore "Ted" Leotsakos.  Beloved mother of Nicole Heena and her husband Shaun of Donegal, Ireland; and Christopher Leotsakos and his wife Emmie of Worcester.  Dear grandmother "Sittie" of Lila Heena and the expected "Baby L."  Loving daughter of Lila Ameer of Roslindale and the late George Ameer.  Dear sister of Sandra DiBacco and her husband Walter of Norfolk.  Also survived by 4 loving nieces and nephews.

Debbie's Funeral Service will be held Friday May 5, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. John of Damascus 300 West St. Dedham.  Visiting hours in the Church Thursday 5-8 p.m.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Debbie's memory to the Wellesley Community Children's Center, where Debbie devoted nearly 40 years as a teacher (www.wcccwellesley.org) 106 Central St. Wellesley, MA 02481.

Debbie will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park.
