Diane (Kadey) Choueiri

Diane (Kadey) Choueiri of West Roxbury, formerly of Boston’s South End, passed away on July 23, 2025. She was 79 years old.

Diane loved to welcome people into her home. She was an avid, life-long Red Sox fan and she loved her Dunkin. She also loved music, with Johnny Mathis topping the list of her favorite artists. Above all else, Diane was happiest surrounded by family and friends.

Diane was the dear and devoted wife of the late Assaf Choueiri. Loving mother of Michael Choueiri and his wife Chelsea of Norwood.  Dear sister of Neil Kadey and his wife Christine of Maine. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

All of Diane’s Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, 1400 Washington St. in Boston’s South End. Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. and her Funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Diane’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 (www.stjude.org).

Diane will be laid to rest with her beloved Assaf at The Gardens Cemetery in West Roxbury.
