Elizabeth R. Petersen

Elizabeth “Betty” (Bethoney) Petersen, of Hanson, formerly of West Roxbury and Roslindale, passed away on June 4, 2013. She was 70 years old. Betty was the dear and devoted wife of Wayne R. Petersen. Loving sister of Judy John of Canton and her late husband Michael J. John D.M.D. and Alice Smith and her husband Donald of Mansfield. Loving daughter of the late Alice (Solomon) and Sabey Bethoney. Dear aunt of Eric and Jeremy John and Matthew Smith. Dear daughter-in-law of Jean Petersen of Auburndale and her late husband Clinton A. Petersen. Sister-in-law of the late Andrea Elizabeth Petersen. She is also survived by several loving extended family members, colleagues and friends. Relatives and friends paid their respects to Betty’s family on June 7, 2013 at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home.
