Euna Lee Benson

Euna Lee Benson, formerly of NC, passed away on December 28, 2008. Born in Scranton, PA, Lee loved to bake and sew. She enjoyed painting and making silver jewelery. Lee travelled extensively through Europe and the US and was very active in the NY Conference of the United Methodist Church as well as the United Methodist Women and the World Missions of the United Methodist Church. Lee loved spending time with family and adored her granddaughters, Ashley and Michelle. Lee was the dear and devoted wife of the late Rev. James J. Benson. Loving mother of James Willard Benson and his wife Claudia of PA, and Judith Flyn and her husband Thomas of Waltham. Cherished grandmother of Ashley and Michelle. Dear sister of Edwin J. Kreidler of NY. She is also survived be several loving nieces and nephews. Lee's Memorial Service was held Saturday, January 3, 2009 at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home.
