Evelyn (Kouri) Ghiz

Evelyn (Khouri) Ghiz, of Florida, formerly of Westwood, passed away on August 25, 2017. She was 101 years old.

Evelyn was the dear and devoted wife of the late Edward M. Ghiz.  Loving mother of Paula Rhinerson and her husband Ronald of FL and Richard E. Ghiz and his wife Tina of Medway.  Dear sister of Pauline Nicholas of Walpole, George Kouri of FL and the late Yvonne Akie, May George, Adele George, and Michael Kouri.  Cherished grandmother of Rodd and Jon Rhinerson and Alexandra and Olivia Ghiz.  She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Evelyn’s Funeral Service was held at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral in WORCESTER.

Contributions in Evelyn’s memory may be made to the Cathedral.

Evelyn was laid to rest with her beloved Edward at Hope Cemetery in Worcester.
