Evelyn A. Kanan

Evelyn A. (Abdelnour) Kanan, a life-long resident of West Roxbury, passed away peacefully at her home July 27, 2012. She was 87 years old. Evelyn loved spending time with her family. She was an avid tennis player and partnering with her late sister Lila. Evelyn was the dear and devoted wife of the late Ernest Kanan. Loving mother of Richard G. David and his wife Jeanne of Bridgewater, Robert J. Kanan and his wife Angela of Franklin, and Michael P. Kanan and his wife Stephanie Greig of Brooklyn, NY. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer David. Dear sister of the late Afeefi “Fi” Saad, Lila David and Najla Wetzler. Dear sister-in-law of Mollie Feeney. Loving aunt of Karen and Janet Saad and Robert David.
