Evelyn (Leon) Sabbag

Evelyn (Leon) Sabbag of Medfield, formerly of Westwood, passed away on January 18, 2018 in her 100th year.

Evelyn was the dear and devoted wife of the late George J. Sabbag, Capt. USN (Ret).  Loving mother of Elaine Clinton Stuis of Medfield and her late husband Charles Stuis, Robert Sabbag and Patricia Riley of Wellfleet, Michael Sabbag and his wife Rosita of Alabama, William Sabbag and his wife Kathleen of NY and Therese Maguire and her husband Russ of Mansfield.  Beloved grandmother “Sitto” of Julie (Clinton) Layden, Michelle (Sabbag) Zundl, James Sabbag, Thomas Sabbag and Ryan Maguire.  Cherished great-grandmother, “Sitto Sitto” of Joseph, James, Kathryn, Connor and Tyler.  Dear sister of the late Joseph Leon, Richard Leon and Margaret Leon Persechini.  She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Evelyn’s Funeral was celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Mary Church In Westwood.

Evelyn was laid to rest with her beloved George at New Westwood Cemetery.
