Frederick B. Maloof
July 21, 1929 — December 7, 2016
Frederick Bishara Maloof of Norwood passed away on December 7, 2016 at the age of 87.
He was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. Fred served for many years as the Chanter at the Church of St. John of Damascus in Dedham, as well as St. George Orthodox Church in Norwood.
Fred was the beloved companion of Mary Ann "May" Vitale. Devoted father of the late Philip Maloof. Brother of the late Edward, Laurice, Emily, Lillian, James, Philip and Richard. Dear uncle of Valerie Glynn of Maine, Philomena Nathan of Florida and Edward Maloof of Ohio.
Fred's Funeral Service was held at the Church of St. John of Damascus 300 West St. Dedham, on December 13, 2016.
He was laid to rest at Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
