Georgette (Choueiri) Maalouf

Georgette Maalouf of Hyde Park passed away on October 19, 2018.

She was the dear and devoted wife of the late Joseph Maalouf.  Beloved mother of Amal Maalouf-Hourani and her husband Nabil of Sharon, Noha Gebrael and her husband Nabil of Lebanon, Samia Maalouf of Hyde Park, Rached Maalouf and hus wife Darlene of San Diego, CA, Chawki Joseph Maalouf and his wife Kerry-Anne of Hyde Park, and Wadih Maalouf and his wife Kristen of Westwood.  Dear grandmother "Teta" of Joseph and his wife Olivia, Nawal and her husband John, Basheer, Nadim, Michelle, Gizelle, Nour, Haykal, Nicolas, Kamal, Anthony Joseph, Mia, Joseph, Tara, and Gabriella.  Beloved great-grandmother of Noah Joseph.  Dear sister of Assaf Choueiri and his wife Diane, and the late Tanios and Zakie Choueiri.  Loving aunt of Wadih and his wife Andrea, Anthony, Delilah, Michael, and Joey, his wife Leslie and their son Nathaniel.  She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews in Lebanon.

Funeral Service Friday at 10 a.m. at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church 55 Emmonsdale Rd. West Roxbury.  Visiting hours in the Church Thursday 4 to 8 p.m.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.  In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Georgette's memory to the Church or to the Inclusion Body Myositis Foundation www.ibmfoundation.org.

Georgette will be entombed with her beloved Joseph at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
