Gloria Florence (Glasheen) Nelson

Gloria Florence (Glasheen) Nelson, of Dedham, passed away on March 17, 2023. She was 96 years old.

Gloria was the dear and devoted wife of the late Roy William Nelson Sr. Loving mother of Sandra Nelson of Dedham. Carol N. Jonas and her partner Calvin Perry of Wareham, Gale E. Peretsky and her husband Steven of Falmouth, Angela Felger and her husband Scott of Hamilton MT, Leslie M. Nelson of Anchorage AK, and the late Roy W. Nelson Jr. Cherished grandmother, “Nana,” of Craig M. Jonas, Hannah Peretsky and Leah Peretsky. Great grandmother of Gabriella Jonas. Dear sister of the late June E. Walsh and George Glasheen.

Gloria's Funeral Mass will be held Thursday March 23, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, DEDHAM. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Gloria will be laid to rest with her beloved Roy at Brookdale Cemetery in Dedham.
