Irma M. (Colella) Vozzella

Irma M. (Colella) Vozzella, of West Roxbury passed away on August 18, 2017. She was 97 years old.
Irma was born In Montemiletto (Avellino) Italy on September 8, 1919, to Vincenzo and Ermirinda (Bevilacqua) Colella. In 1952, she married Vincenzo Vozzella. She emigrated to America that same year. Irma worked for many years at the V.A. Medical Center in West Roxbury as a Nurse's Assistant.
Irma is survived by her daughter Irene V. O’Gara and Irene's husband Frank of Virginia, and daughter Eda Vozzella of West Roxbury. She was the loving grandmother of Lauren O’Gara of Chicago, Taylor Rivers and her husband Shawn of Spencer, and Kirstie Ludvigsen of West Roxbury. Great grandmother of Jacob and Ryan Rivers. Dear sister of the late Ubaldo Colella, Tommaso Colella, Clara Vitiello and Maria Clementina Annechiarico.
Irma's Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Theresa of Avila Church in West Roxbury.
