John David Prentiss, of West Roxbury, formerly of Needham, passed away unexpectedly May 28, 2012. He was 44 years old. John is survived by his mother Diane Prentiss of West Roxbury, his brother Theodore Prentiss of New Jersey, and his nephews Sam and Jack. John's Funeral Service will be private.
