Kaylas Michelle Ramirez Marquez

Kaylas Michelle Ramirez Marquez of Roslindale passed away on May 8, 2024.  She was 44 years old.

Michelle had always been a ball of energy with a generous heart. A great example of "I may not always see you but I will always be there." Being the leader of five children, she made it clear that we had to come to her before talking with anyone else - or we'll never hear the end of it. But it was a great quality to have and it was all love. Despite the addiction that she faced, Kaylas was an amazing sister, loving daughter, and the best mother she could have possibly been for Johvanni.

She was the beloved daughter of Maricruz Marquez and the late Rafael Ramirez; loving mother of Johvanni DeSouza of Roslindale; dear sister of Kevin Marquez of Quincy, Yoliannie Marquez, Alexandra Cuello and Feliz Cuello, all of Boston, Giovanni Ramirez and Joshua Ramirez of Chicago.  Kaylas was the longtime companion of Nikey DeSouza.

Funeral services will be private.
