Lorraine K. Maloof

Lorraine K. Maloof of West Roxbury, formerly of Lawrence, passed away on February 21, 2011. She was 82 years old. Born in Boston, Lorraine was a life-long parishioner of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. She was a member of their Senior Group and the Ladies Society. Lorraine worked for many years at Textron of Wilmington in the missile defense program. She was a very caring person who was very giving of her time. Lorraine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandnieces and nephews. Lorraine was the beloved sister of Eleanor K. Lafferty and her husband Matthew of Wakefield, William Maloof of Boston, Edmund Maloof of TX and Haleem Maloof of NH. Loving aunt of Steven, Andrew and Kenneth Lafferty, and Steven, Christopher, David, Mary Kelly, Wendy, Lorraine and Maureen Maloof. She is also survived by several loving grandnieces and grandnephews. Lorraine's Funeral Service was held Friday, February 25, 2011 at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. Please make contributions in Lorraine’s memory to the Church. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery in Boston.
