Mildred H. (Brierley) Joseph

Mildred H. (Brierley) Joseph, of Centerville, formerly of West Roxbury, passed away July 24, 2016. She was 91 years old.
Born in Boston, Mildred worked for many years for her husband's company, M. Joseph Sewing Company and attained her certificate in medical assisting at age 60. She has been a resident of the cape for nearly 40 years where she has enjoyed dancing, biking, roller skating, trips to the beach and spending time with her loving family. Mildred loved animals, especially her dear shih-tzu, "Miss Daisy."
Mildred was the dear and devoted wife of the late Nicholas Joseph. Loving mother of Diane Foley and her husband Daniel of Walpole and the late Paul Joseph, Virginia Perry and Philip Joseph. Cherished grandmother "Nana" of Lisa, Adam, Jennifer and Marie and great-grandmother of 8. Dear sister of the late Edith Wood and Roy Brierley. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Mildred's Funeral Service was held July 27, 2016 at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church 55 Emmonsdale Rd. WEST ROXBURY.

Mildred was laid to rest with her beloved Nicholas at The Gardens Cemetery in West Roxbury.
