Mitchell Kalil

Mitchell Kalil, of Swampscott, formerly of Boston’s South End, passed away on January 29, 2017.

Mitchell was the dear and devoted husband of the late Sadie (Sabino). Loving father of Stephen Kalil of Swampscott, Kathryn Kalil and her husband Angel of Swampscott, Michael and his wife Marriah of Amesbury and the late David Kalil and his wife Jessica of Virginia. Cherished grandfather, “Giddo” of Sean, David, Chelsea, Sadie and Sawyer. Great grandfather of Tyler and Ryan. Dear brother of the late Nellie Karacozian, Frederick Kalil, Richard Kalil, and George Kalil. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Mitchell's Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 55 Emmonsdale Rd. West Roxbury.  Visitation will be held in the Church beginning at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mitchell’s memory may be made to the Church.

Interment will conclude services at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Boston.
