Norman Anthony Beshere

Norman A. Beshere, of Hanover, formerly of Canton, passed away on March 7, 2020.  He was 81 years old.

Norman owned and operated Norman Beshere Carpet Service in Canton for over 40 years. He was a jack of all trades, known by his family as “Mr. Fix It,” always there to help with whatever was needed.  He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry and enjoyed his bowling league. He proudly served in the Massachusetts National Guard, traveled with his beloved wife to Bermuda and on cruises, and loved spending time at Nantasket Beach with his family at their summer home in Hull.

Norman was the dear and devoted husband of Diane (Rawan).  Loving father of Norman Beshere and his wife Marcilene DeSouza of Randolph and Nadine Adams and her husband Timothy of Hanover.  Cherished grandfather “Gido” of Tessa Beshere and Brianna and Amanda Adams. Dear brother of the late Robert Beshere, Adrianne Sawan and Ernestine Chiles.  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Norman’s Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Church of St. John of Damascus, 300 West St. DEDHAM.  Visiting Hours will be held in the Church Tuesday 4-8 p.m.  Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norman’s memory may be made to the Church or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Norman will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park.
