Pandeli Sevi

Pandeli Sevi of West Roxbury, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family on February 12, 2025. He was 93 years old.

He was born in a small farming village near Gjirokaster, Albania to Naqo and Athina Sevi. He spent 64 years of his life in his birth place, building his own home next to his parents’ home along the way, before embarking on his migrant journey with hopes of giving his family a better life without as many hardships and more opportunities than he had. He first moved to Nea Makri, Greece with his family in 1995 and later moved to the USA in 1998, settling in Boston, MA. He was always a joy to be around and would always brighten up the day with his smile and positivity. When he wasn’t working or tending to plants, he enjoyed dancing, playing dominoes, drinking coffee, and spending time with his family, watching it grow, as he grew older.

Pandeli was the dear and devoted husband of Ngjello (Ziso). Loving father of Dhimiter Sevi and his wife Natasha of Roslindale, Arqile Sevi and his wife Kostando of Dedham, and Vasilika Cobi and her husband Nike of West Roxbury. Cherished grandfather “Gjyshi” of seven grandchildren and one beloved great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Kristo Sevi, Agllaia Malita, Agathi Peri, Gole Sevi, Themistokli Sevi, and Vasil Sevi. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home, 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Pandeli will be laid to rest at The Gardens Cemetery in West Roxbury.
