Robert Bentley

Robert Bentley, of Canton, passed away June 14, 2017. He was 80 years old.
Bob was the dear and devoted husband of Elizabeth “Betty” Tamer and the late Ruth (Price). Loving father of Lawrence Bentley and his wife Jane of Marlboro and Janice Bentley of FL. Cherished grandfather of Connor, Liam and Aiden. Dear brother of Paul Bentley of Lexington. Bob is also survived by Betty’s daughters, Mary and Anne, and their families.
Bob’s Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Cathedral 7 VFW Pkwy. West Roxbury. Visitation in the Cathedral beginning at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob’s memory may be made to the Cathedral.
Bob was a proud US Army Veteran Paratrooper.
Bob will be laid to rest at a private service at Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
