Salime S. (Azzi) Homsy of Brookline entered into eternal life March 4, 2023.
Salime was the dear and devoted wife of the late Nicholas Homsy. Beloved mother of Dr. Farhat Homsy and wife Khatoum (Lutfi) of Brookline, Fouad Homsy and wife Claude (Azzi) of Westwood, Dr. Georges Homsy and wife Giselle (Dreibi) of France, May Azzi widow of the late Sami Azzi of Australia, Maha Azzi and husband Joseph Azzi of Australia, Mona Azzi and husband Simon Azzi of Australia, Miled Homsy and wife Nathalie (Bachaalany) of Westwood, Fadi Homsy and wife Rania (Boutros) of Westwood. Adored grandmother “Teta” to 26 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Maroun Azzi, Joseph Azzi, Sara Aoun, and the late Elias Azzi, Boutros Azzi, and Salim Azzi. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Salime's Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Cathedral 7 V.F.W. Parkway West Roxbury. Visiting hours in the Cathedral Tuesday 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
