Sally A. (Haddad) Sabino of Dedham passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on Apr. 10, 2025. She was 86 years old. Sally was born on January 3, 1939 to Elizabeth (Naymie) and Tofa Haddad. She grew up in Boston’s South Cove, where she developed a deep sense of family and community. In 1962, she married her best friend, Albert Sabino, and together they shared 63 beautiful years of marriage, building a home filled with love and laughter.
Sally was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, cherished aunt, and loyal friend. Sally’s family was the center of her life, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments. Whether attending school or sporting events, hosting family gatherings, or simply offering advice, she was a constant source of support and love. She was an active member of her church, where she dedicated her time volunteering, and gave generously of her time to the American Arabic Benevolent Association (AABA).
Sally and Al traveled to several destinations, Aruba being a favorite they visited every year. They also enjoyed making many happy memories at their Popponesset Cape house. Sally dedicated more than 40 years of her career to Dedham Medical Associates, where she built lasting friendships and earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Sally is survived by her husband, Albert; her children, Lisa Piccolo and her husband, Don; and Paul and his wife, Claire; her grandchildren, Amy and Eric Piccolo; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends who were touched by her warmth and generosity. She was preceded in death by her parents Elizabeth and Tofa Haddad and her sister Frances Haddad.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Sally’s visiting hours Monday Apr. 14, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. West Roxbury.
Sally's Funeral Service will be held Tuesday Apr. 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Cathedral 7 VFW Parkway West Roxbury. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
