Samuel Fairneny

Samuel Fairneny, of Wellesley, passed away on January 25, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was 87 years old. Samuel was the dear and devoted husband of Elsa (D’Angelo). Loving father of Michael Fairneny and his wife Joann of Florida, MA, Steven Fairneny and his wife Kathrin of Chesapeake, VA and David Fairneny and his wife Lee of Framingham. Cherished grandfather, “Jidu” of Joy LaForest and her husband Todd, Ty Fairneny and his wife Caitlin, Laura Fairneny and her husband Alex Dunham, Steven Fairneny and his wife Sarah and Lily Fairneny. Beloved great-grandfather “Big Jidu” of Gavin and Brynn LaForest and Colin and Alana Fairneny. Loving brother of June Frantzen of Framingham. Dear uncle of William and Erik Frantzen. Samuel's Funeral Service was held January 29, 2013 at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church 55 Emmonsdale Rd. WEST ROXBURY. He was laid to rest with military honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
