Theresa M. (Iula) Votruba

Theresa M. (Iula) Votruba of Canton passed away on January 19, 2022.  She was 95 years old.

Theresa enjoyed reading, knitting, crossword puzzles, being sassy, and dispensing pearls of wisdom to her grandchildren.

Theresa was the dear and devoted wife of the late Walter J. Votruba.  Loving mother of Jean Price and her husband John of West Virginia, Walter Votruba and his wife Georgeann of Bridgewater, Frank Votruba of Canton and his late wife Elizabeth, Theresa Stockdale and her husband Charles of South Dennis.  She is also survived by her 7 beloved grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  Dear sister of Jean Diminico, Victor Iula, and the late Elizabeth Maher.

Relatives and friends are welcome to gather at the gate of Blue Hill Cemetery 700 West St. Braintree on Monday January 24, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to join the procession to the Graveside Funeral Service, where Theresa will be laid to rest with her beloved Walter.
