Veronica A. Veras-Medina of Dedham formerly of Roslindale, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family on January 29, 2026. She was 62 years old.
With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of a truly kind and strong woman—a mother whose love knew no bounds and whose presence was a gift to everyone who knew her.
She was someone who brought light and spirit into every room she entered. Her warmth was immediate and unforgettable, the kind that made people feel seen, safe, and cared for. She had a rare way of lifting others simply by being herself, and her kindness left a lasting impression on all she met.
Her strength was quiet but unwavering. Through life’s challenges, she showed resilience, grace, and deep love for her family. As a mother, she was a constant source of support, encouragement, and unconditional love—always putting others before herself and giving from a heart that knew no limits.
She was deeply loved, widely admired, and will be profoundly missed. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched, in the love she gave so freely, and in the memories that will be cherished forever.
Her light will never fade.
