William "Bill" Averill

Bill Averill of West Roxbury, formerly of Mission Hill, passed away suddenly on June 14, 2016 at the age of 50.
Bill was the dear and devoted husband of Donna (Kemp) Averill. Beloved father of Brian and Matthew Averill, both of West Roxbury. Loving son of the late Paul and Shirley (Pryor) Averill. Dear brother of James Averill and his wife Keira of Merrimac, and the late Paul Averill. Loving son-in-law of Mary Kemp. Brother-in-law of Jean Berninger and her husband Michael. Uncle of Cameron Arroyo. Bill is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visiting hours Monday June 20, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home. Funeral Service Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of St. Michael's Cemetery 500 Canterbury St. Boston. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A private interment will take place at a later date.
The Jimmy Fund was very important to Bill and his family. The family would sincerely appreciate donations, in lieu of flowers, to the Jimmy Fund.
