Carol A. (Crook) Villiard

“If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart, I’ll stay there forever.”

Carol Ann Villiard (Crook), of West Roxbury, a woman of resilience, strength and love gained her angel wings on March 19th, 2024.

Born on December 12th, 1939 in Boston Massachusetts to devoted mother Anna Crook (Johnson) and father Howard Crook. Devoted mother to Keith Villiard and wife Lauren Villiard and daughter Dale Irvine (Villiard) and husband Robert Irvine. Loving Grandmother of Jessica Rock and her husband Heath Rock, Nicole Villiard, Rachael Kuhns and her husband Kyle Kuhns, Derek Villiard, Robert Irvine and his wife Aubrey Irvine, Ashley Stanton and her husband Stephen Stanton and Christopher Irvine and his wife Heidi Irvine. Great Grandmother of Savannah and Brantley Rock, Emily, Abigail, Ethan and Anthony Kuhns, Olivia Bevilacqua and Christopher Irvine, Laila Stanton and James Irvine.

Carol was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and gave everything she had to raise them as a single mother. She especially loved her role as “Naner.” She had a vivacious personality and always made the people around her laugh. She will be remembered as a woman full of life and strength through all her health battles, always speaking her truth even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear, and her stubborn resilient ways that lead her through her journey of life. A wonderful woman who we graciously got 84 years with, a pillar in our family that will never be forgotten.
