Muriel A. (George) Salami of Westwood, formerly of West Roxbury, passed away on June 18, 2022 peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She was 80 years old.
Muriel was the dear and devoted wife for 59 years of Joseph D. “Alibaba” Salami Sr. Loving mother of Joseph D. Salami Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of Norfolk, and Marcia Khan and her husband Alam of Norwood. Beloved grandmother "Nan" of Joseph D. Salami, III, Maria Salami, Anthony Salami and his fiancee Stephanie Rush. Great-grandmother of Lily and Rory Salami. Dear sister of Thomas George and his wife Anne of Boston and the late Cynthia Molinari. Sister-in-law of Ann Salami of Braintree and Paul Molinari of Norwood. Loving aunt of Joseph E. Salami and his wife Virginia Rehberg of Waltham.
Muriel's Funeral will be from the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. WEST ROXBURY Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Church, 61 Rockwood St. Jamaica Plain. Visiting Hours Friday 5:00-8:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
