Nicolas F. Aouad of West Bridgewater passed away on April 27, 2022. He was 56 years old.
Nicolas was a selfless, kind and loving young man, father, husband, brother and man of God. He was born in Lebanon and immigrated to America in 1989. Nicolas was full of life and loved entertaining his family and friends, playing cards, grilling food, singing and dancing the Dabki. Everyone he crossed paths with loved him and loved being around him. He worked and owned a convenience store for over 25 years and invested his spare time working in real estate. He was very active and could never sit down. He was always creating projects for himself to do around the house or helping others.
Nicolas was the beloved husband of Gladys (Chakar) Aouad. Loving father of Sabina, Jacob and Prescilla. Dear brother of Robert Awad and his wife Helen of Dudley, Henri Awad and his wife Jacqueline of Stoughton, Marlene Keidy and her husband Elie of Hyde Park. Nicolas is also survived by his nieces and nephews. He was son of the late Fares and Nazek Awad.
Visiting hours Monday 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home. Funeral Service Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church 55 Emmonsdale Rd. West Roxbury. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Nicolas will be laid to rest at Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
