Salam (Jabbour) Audy

Salam Jabbour Audy of Kfarhazir, El-Koura, Lebanon, passed away on November 19, 2022. She was 96 years old.

Salam was the devoted wife of the late Farid Nicholas Audy. She was the beloved mother of Nabil Audy and his wife Yolanda; Elias Audy and his wife Laurde; Labebe Awde and her late husband Halim; Lina Heraiki and her husband Emile; and Jack Audy and his wife Leslie. She was the proud Taita to 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was the dear sister of Houda Lakkis of Boston and Wadih Jabbour of Texas and the late Marie Tamer, Salim Jabbour, Wedad Audi, Nadim Jabbour, Halim Jabbour, and Yaccoub Jabbour. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews here and in Lebanon.

Salam’s Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 23 at 10 a.m. at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 55 Emmonsdale Rd. WEST ROXBURY. Visiting hours will be held in the Church Tuesday from 5-8pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Salam’s memory may be made to the Church.

Salam will be laid to rest with her beloved Farid at Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
