We have known Judy for over 15 years and spoke to her almost daily regarding business issues but never met her in person. She was a gentle person and we shall miss her!

Judy has been a welcoming friend and neighbor to me and my wife since we moved three houses down the street 25 years ago. I have known her to be a remarkable force of love and caring. She lived her values - individually and through her travel agency -- that became a gathering spot for many who really had no where else safe and welcoming to go. She was also a tremendous booster of all things Roslindale. We in this corner of Boston will miss her advocacy and spirit; and I will miss her personally.

Dear Joe, Dorothy and Diane and all family: You have my deepest sympathy. Judie was my best friend for almost 30 years. We considered ourselves sisters by choice, I feel her loss, a void in my life, a space she filled with her friendship over the years. God bless her, may she rest in peace. With love and my deepest sympathy to you all. Rosemary Waters

As others have said, words cannot express the loss of Judie as a friend and, of course, best travel agent ever. I met Judie over 30 years ago - working on a Roslindale Square project - since then my husband and I as well as our daughters never travel without Judie handling all the details. She became a very dear friend - we were to have lunch upon her return before the holidays got really busy. The Butler family sends our love and condolences to all of Judie's family.

Judy was a kind and loving person always thinking of others. I will truly miss my friend, all the laughs we shared while I clean up her office. I had show her every think I was going to throw out ( all out dated )./. she had a hard time letting go of anything. We would go for lunch, having a good time, the owner would have to ask us to leave, Judy would some times come to my house for Christmas when Joe was visiting his family in Lebanon. my two grand children like her very much. Judy could put a smile on your face even when you were down in the dumps.Judy I am going to miss you my friend. May you rest in peace. Joe and family I am deeply sorry for your loss, You will be in my thought and prayers. God Bless.

Words cannot express the tremendous loss of Judie. A travel agent turned friend, a woman that cared for those less fortunate, a woman who accepted people no matter who they were. The store front said: "Travel by Judie" but inside was a place for those not just looking to travel but those who needed a friend. Those who needed to be loved and nurtured. Judie, you will be missed, you are loved by so many. Thank you for being a friend. You made thr world a better place. I'll see you again one day. I'm sure Stanley had that loving smile when he saw you coming. Love you my friend! My deepest sympathy to Joe and your entire family.
